Transparent fenistration along sides; staminode darker; substance firm, texture slightly crystalline, entire surface pubescent more noticeable at base of petals.

Four magnificent flowers on one stately 45.2 cm inflorescence on a vigorous six growth plant; dorsal sepal and synsepal yellowish green with moss green venation and tessellation; dorsal sepal darkening to mahogany basally; petals creamy white, almost completely obscured by dark cardinal red venation, darkening distally to solid dark cardinal red; pouch rugose creamy white, heavily veined, tessellated and blushed dark cardinal red, heavily pubescent moss green at rim, enfold banded with cardinal red spots, finely speckled internally; staminode yellowish green with prominent dark cardinal red wings; substance firm; texture glossy; recognized for outstanding dark colors and exceptional size. more info.
